excessive noise small gym
The location was unbeatable! Our room was super spacious and the breakfast had many options. The staff was attentive to our needs and always ready to assist with a smile.
There was quite a bit of noise (music) at night, not ideal. The gym was also quite small. I wish it had more equipment.

The location was superb for accessing attractions and transport. The front desk was helpful. I found the staff was always available. The breakfast was really good.
The gym was small. The pool was also quite small. I noticed a humming noise all the time. It. There was a live music event outdoors until midnight.

perfect spot engaged staff
The location had a perfect spot on the plaza near the water! and the street scene. The hotel accommodations were efficient and clean, the staff being engaged, helpful, kind.
The hotel has imperfections, I will only mention the most bothersome one. The bed was very hard

the location was great (it made getting around easy). the staff answered all questions politely. i found plenty of space for my needs.
i noticed some imperfections. i will mention the bed was very hard and had a hump in the middle. the equipment in the bathroom seemed cheap.

early check-in was very convenient, and i also received complimentary breakfast upon arrival.. the staff displayed kindness and professionalism, which i greatly appreciated. the location is quite unique, and the breakfast offers a beautiful and calm setting. the rooms include very comfy bedding..
the gym feels quite small and lacks variety in equipment.
